Zad Roumaya is a serial entrepreneur who, over the last 23 yrs has created, funded, and operated ventures within Commercial Real Estate, the Commercial Software sector, Retail and Architectural Design & Build sectors as well as the Fine Art and  Studio arena.  

Since 1998, Roumaya has focused on real estate investment focused on inner-city urban renewal areas, delivering new construction developments as well as renvovation of existing buildings within the buzzworks portfolio. Uses span office, flex space, creative live-work spaces, condominium and Class A market rate apartment development.

Prior to these founder roles and successes, Roumaya enjoyed a 17 year corporate career in the technology arena, managing teams in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Austin.  In the last 5 years of his corporate tour, Roumaya held Director and VP roles in Sales, Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, and other management roles within the Austin Ventures Portfolio.

As his various Non-Real Estate ventures created profit, Roumaya patiently invested in various real estate holdings with an eye toward boutique infill projectsl all closely held -  owned and managed under buzzworks.us. 

Roumaya’s companies developed assets with an estimated value of $35 million of commercial loft-style office spaces, condominiums, market rate apartments and live-work spaces.  In 2018 and 2019, Roumaya exited all investments and has re-invested the proceeds into Multifamily investments within Texas, as well assembling a closely held Investment fund of $20 million with select high net worth investors.

Randy Bailey brings a wealth of experience to buzzworks, with over 30 years of success in the software and technology arena as well as real estate investment. Randy's  entrepreneural depth includes founding, funding, and operating various companies in the healthcare consulting and implementation arena, software companies within the media and advertising niche, as well as technology companies in the RF and wireless secruity sector. At buzzworks, Randy leads investor relations and fundraising initiatives; he also stewards acquisition and disposition of land transactions and participates in the potential sale of buzzworks developed and stabilized assets.
